The second I feel a chill in the air I want to build a fire and cook a soup. If I were still in Pittsburgh it would be my Root Soup. Here in Texas it is Red Beans, homemade bread (or crispy cornbread from scratch) and rice. I, finally, came to the conclusion that Fall is my favorite season. I think living in Pittsburgh brought me there: the pumkin patches, crisp air, red maple leaves and a great excuse to wear the LL Bean clothes (especially the Barn Jacket) and Wellies
